Not all Samsung Galaxy models are eSIM-compatible, so it's a good idea to check that your device supports eSIMs before getting started. Please follow the steps in this article to check if your Galaxy device supports eSIM.

Once you have confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked, you can follow these steps to set up an eSIM.

I. Preparation

1. LOGIN to your Airalo account.
2. GO to My eSIMs.
3. TAP the Details button on the eSIM you wish to install.
4. TAP Install eSIM/Access Data.
   
5. CHOOSE your preferred installation method by tapping Direct, QR Code, or Manual. For QR Code or Manual, please use a different device to display the QR code or copy the installation code. 

II. Direct Installation

1. In the Airalo app, GO to My eSIMs.
2. TAP the Details button on the eSIM you wish to install.
3. TAP Install eSIM/Access Data.
4. TAP the Direct, then TAP Install eSIM.
5. TAP Allow.
6. Once the eSIM has been successfully installed, GO to Settings. 
7. TAP Connection.
   
8. TAP SIM manager.
9. TAP Mobile data and select the eSIM you installed.

III. Manual Installation

1. GO to Settings. 
2. TAP Connections.
3. TAP SIM Manager.
4. TAP Add eSIM.
   
5. TAP Scan QR code from service provider.
6. TAP Enter activation code.
7. ENTER the activation code found in the eSIM details in the Airalo app.
8. TAP Connect.
   
9. TAP Add.
10. Once the eSIM is installed, you will be brought to the Settings page.
11. SCROLL down and TAP Mobile data.
12. SELECT the eSIM you installed.
    

IV. QR Code Installation

1. GO to Settings. 
2. TAP Connections.
3. TAP SIM Manager.
4. TAP Add eSIM.
   
5. TAP Scan QR code from service provider.
6. SCAN the QR code found in the eSIM details in the Airalo app.
7. TAP Add.
   
8. Once the eSIM is installed, you will be brought to the Settings page.
9. SCROLL down and TAP Mobile data.
10. SELECT the eSIM you installed.
    

Your eSIM profile should now be installed on your Samsung Galaxy device.
