Sometimes, our eSIMs go out of stock. If the eSIM you want to purchase is listed as out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it's available for purchase.
- Visit the Airalo website or open the Airalo app on your device.
- Choose the eSIM you wish to purchase. If the eSIM is unavailable, it will be greyed out and labeled eSIM Out of Stock.
- TAP eSIM Out of Stock.
- TAP Notify When Available to receive a push notification when the eSIM is back in stock. If you'd also like an email notification, switch the toggle ON.
- Then, TAP Notify Me.
If you've turned on notifications and no longer want to receive them, it's easy to turn them off.
- Visit the Airalo website or open the Airalo app on your device.
- Choose the eSIM you're receiving notifications for.
- TAP eSIM Out of Stock.
- TAP Don’t Notify Me.
- Then, TAP Don’t Notify.
