You can request to delete your Airalo account and associated data at any time. Log in to your Airalo account on our mobile app or website to get started.

On the Airalo app:

1. TAP Profile.
2. TAP Account Information.
3. TAP Delete Account.
4. SELECT a reason for the request.
5. TAP Continue.
6. READ the terms and conditions, and TAP Delete Account to proceed.
7. Your request has been processed. TAP Ok, Got It to finish.

  On the Airalo website:

1. CLICK your name.
2. CLICK Account Information.
3. CLICK Delete Account.
4. SELECT a reason for the request.
5. CLICK Continue.
6. READ the terms and conditions, and CLICK Delete Account to proceed.
7. Your request has been processed. CLICK Ok, Got It to finish.

If you change your mind, don't worry — you can log into your Airalo account and cancel the account deletion within seven days of your request.
