If your eSIM is connecting to the wrong network, you can choose the correct network manually.
You can find the available networks in the eSIM details next to the ICCID. You’ll need to adjust a few settings in your device to select the correct network.
How to select a specific network on iOS devices
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your eSIM.
- Select Network Selection
- Turn off Automatic and wait for the list of available networks
- Select the correct network from the list.
How to select a specific network on Samsung devices

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks
- Select Network operators
- Turn off Select automatically and wait for the networks to appear
- Select the correct network from the list
How to select a specific network on Google Pixel devices
- Go to Settings > "Network & internet and select your eSIM
- Select Advanced > Carrier
- Turn off "Automatic selection"
- Select the correct network from the list.
