Airalo aims to be as transparent as possible about the user data it collects. You can request a file that includes all the data associated with your Airalo account.

To request your data, take the following steps:

1. Go to Profile > Account Information.
2. Find the Download your Data section.
3. Select Request my Data.

Once requested, we’ll process your request and send an email with an XML file containing all the data associated with your Airalo account. Please be patient — processing usually takes a few minutes, but may take longer.

You can make up to 3 data requests per day. If you attempt to make more than 3 requests in a 24-hour period, you’ll receive an error message notifying you to wait to make another request.
