When applied, an eSIM voucher adds a specific eSIM package to your account. You can then use it just like any other eSIM package you purchase. You can apply your eSIM voucher to your account in a few easy steps.

How can I apply an eSIM voucher?

You'll need to be signed in to your account to apply an eSIM voucher.

If you're using the Airalo app or website on a mobile device, follow the steps to apply an eSIM voucher.

1. Go to Profile > Airmoney & Membership.
2. Tap Redeem Voucher.
3. Enter your voucher code.
4. Tap Redeem.

If you're using the Airalo website on a desktop device, follow the steps to apply an eSIM voucher.

1. Click on your profile name in the top navigation.
2. Select Airmoney & Membership.
3. Click Redeem Voucher.
4. Enter your voucher code.
5. Click Redeem.

Once you complete the steps to apply the voucher, you'll see a message saying your eSIM voucher has been successfully redeemed. At this point, you can use the eSIM.

How can I use the eSIM I received with my voucher?

Once the eSIM has been added to your account, you can access it from My eSIMs. 

1. Go to My eSIMs.
2. Find the eSIM you just added to your account
3. Tap Details.

You'll find the instructions to install and use your eSIM. Follow the instructions to get connected.
